Item arrived half empty, leaked during transit. Tried to contact company 3 times by email and phone. I needed confirmation from the company it was okay to send the damaged bottle back and receive a new bottle. Never heard back from them. Their Ts and Cs state images are needed as proof for damaged items. Buyer must also pay postage. Wanted to obtain confirmation from seller they would accept my return as I cannot print off images, do not have a printer. NO contact from seller. Terrible customer service.
